Insurance

Gerald is a provider for Blue Cross/Blue Shield.  He is also a provider  for several Employee Assistance Programs.  For those companies that we are not in network with, the paperwork and instructions will be provided for you to file with your insurance company.

The cost per session is $95.  We accept cash, check or credit/debit card.
